Participants of the previous two scenario-building workshops regrouped for this final three-day workshop to firm up future scenarios for multi-sector preparedness until 2040.
As a follow up, communication tools for the scenarios will be developed and disseminated to wider audiences in 2011. A public launch of scenarios will be organised in June 2011. Dissemination activities will also be conducted across ASEM countries in 2011. Based on the final scenarios, appropriate concrete strategies will be developed for pandemic preparedness.
