The annual editorial meeting for ASEF’s cultural portal culture360.org took place from 27-28 January 2014 in Singapore to discuss the overall content and communication strategies for the year ahead. It was attended by existing team members, Editor, Ms Judith STAINES (United Kingdom) and Web Developer and Designer, Ms Leanne FLEMING of LERO9 (New Zealand), as well as new recruits: Technical Coordinator, Mr Timothée GUICHERD (France), Online Social Media Expert, Mr Piero ZILIO (Italy), and Film Editor, Mr Colm MCAULIFFE (Ireland).
The 2-day meeting served as a strategic assessment and road mapping for the web portal, notably discussing its main role toward the cultural communities of Asia and Europe. It also put forward a number of action points to be carried out in 2014, in order to enhance its public outreach and strengthen its relevance among ASEF’s stakeholders in the field of arts and culture.
