France has long history linked with Cambodia since its colonialization; Cambodia has been influenced by the French arts and culture in architecture, music, language, play and dressing. And many will learn French as a second language. French people have also been curious about and been inspired by Cambodian arts and culture.\u00a0<\/p><p>Hol, the Cambodian textiles produced through resist dyeing, capture this intricate cross- cultural influence of colonization with the apparent \u201cblurriness\u201d in the patterns\u2013representing how the fibres of society have been dyed before being woven that the distinctions and who influenced who become blurred. The show of fine circus-theatre acts will\u00a0<strong>present the link, inspiration and influence between Cambodian and French culture and arts<\/strong>.
