Published on 22 Aug 2011

The Asia-Europe Foundation University Alumni Network (ASEFUAN) is organising an academic conference “Securing Public Health in a Globalised World” to be held in Doelenzaal, the Netherlands (3-5 August). This conference will address public health issues in the context of Asia-Europe relations. It will highlight topics that illustrate interdependency of the two regions and need for inter-regional cooperation between Asia and Europe.

Young professionals from 46 member states of the ASEM will be participating in this event. They include representatives from the government organisations, research institutes, private sector and non-profit organisations who deal with public health issues.
