ASEF Board of Governors approve 18 projects for 2013

On 11-13 October, the ASEF Board of Governors (BoG) met in New Delhi, India to discuss the upcoming ASEF projects for 2013.  During this 29th ASEF BoG Meeting, some 18 projects were approved, including the 9th Asia-Europe Journalists’ Seminar (India), 19th ASEF University (Indonesia), Asia-Europe Dialogue on Cultural Policies (Vietnam), 11th AEC-NET Conference (Indonesia), 13th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights (Europe, TBC) amongst others.

During this Meeting, the Belgian Ambassador Roland van Remoortele, was elected as the new Chair of the BoG. Ambassador Rosario Manalo from the Philippines was elected as the new Vice-Chair.
