Excellency

I have learned with great sadness about the passing of the former Prime Minister of Singapore Mr Lee Kuan Yew on Monday, 23 March 2015. On behalf of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), I would like to express our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family, the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the People of Singapore.
