The European Commission and Vietnamese authorities jointly organised an ASEM seminar on the theme "Preserving And Promoting The Diversity Of Cultural Expressions." Over 100 officials, decision-makers, and representatives of civil society active in the field of culture, from both Asia and Europe, attended the seminar, where they exchanged experiences and points of view on cultural diversity. A report on the seminar was posted by the European Commission.
