The publication is the outcome of the 6th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights, organised in Suzhou, China, from 16th to 17th September 2004. It addresses the significance of protection of human rights for all categories of migrants. Articles discuss the topics “International Migration and International Law” and “Trafficking Human Beings”. The publication will be a critical reading for any who have an interest in the rights of migrants in Asia and Europe.
