Re-Vision Bangkok: New Media Art and Interactivity

Asia-Europe Foundation
Pages / Weight:
48 pages

The fifth edition of the Asia-Europe Art Camp explored new media art practices through the Relational Aesthetic concept where twenty-two emerging artists from Asia and Europe merged interactivity and localities with new media art through public performances in Bangkok. This publication captures the process of the Art Camp’s fieldworks where the participants worked through social and cultural urban spaces, seeing the artwork as an encounter between the viewer and the object. The publication also includes a DVD of the Art camp activity and artists’ fieldwork interventions.
