This publication is a compendium of the two-day discussions at the Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENVforum) 2nd Roundtable, held in Cheju Island, Korea, from 25th to 26th March 2004. It presents the views expressed during the meeting by leading policy makers and technical specialists. Issues discussed include international Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) co-operation and the options and leadership post-2012 climate policy regime. Amongst others, prominent contributors are Mr. Richard Kinley, Acting Deputy Executive Secretary of UNFCCC Secretariat and Dr. Axel Michaelowa, Head of Climate Change Programme of Hamburg Institute of International Economics.
