This Workshop Report contains the summary and list of recommendations as an outcome of Public Health Network’s Workshop “Risk Communications for Public Health Emergencies: Bridging the National Mechanism with Healthcare Workers”,held on 2-4 September 2015 in Langkawi, Malaysia, with a partnership with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Highly publicised emergencies in 2015 such as the Ebola epidemic in West Africa, the Nepal Earthquake, and the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) outbreak in the Republic of Korea are featured as well as Post-Emergency Evaluation.
