Build the Habit of Anticipating the Future and Using it to Shape the Present!

The ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026 (ASEFYLS2026) invites motivated students and young professionals to join the us for the ‘Anticipatory Leadership Webinar Series’ as part of the online Training — an immersive online experience, free and open to the public from 16 June–21 July 2026.

‘Anticipatory Leadership’ is the capacity and habit of using the future to inform the present by analysing trends, exploring a range of future scenarios, and using those insights to question assumptions, adjust leadership style, and take collaborative, adaptive action, that move systems toward more equitable and sustainable futures.

Through a series of expert-led webinars and interactive dialogues, participants explored key aspects of Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future. They will explore foundational approaches to leadership, learn about futures thinking strategies, and learn how they can apply these tools in their own roles and communities to lead in uncertain times.

The sessions will take place every Tuesday for 6 weeks between 16:00-17:30 SGT / 10:00-11:30 CEST and will explore the following themes:

    • Webinar 1 | 16 June 2026: Anticipatory Leadership Mindset
    • Webinar 2 | 23 June 2026: Systems Thinking
    • Webinar 3 | 30 June 2026: Futures Thinking Tools
    • Webinar 4 | 7 July 2026: Futures Thinking Application
