As highlighted in global discourse and research, such as the European Commission’s Culture and Health – Time to Act report, culture, health and well-being are critical tools for responding to urgent and often interconnected global challenges.

Following its latest open call for content, culture360.ASEF.org has commissioned 6 articles and podcasts examining the intersections of culture and well-being in Asia and Europe, placing a spotlight on the multi-dimensional contribution of culture towards good and improved physical health, mental health, as well as individual and societal well-being.

The perspectives garnered from these works offer valuable vantage points and insights on how culture can be activated as a means of tackling prominent global issues such as the mental health crisis, ageing populations, social fragmentation and more.
