a) Our application process is mostly conducted by email and includes the following steps:

• Letter of motivation
• Curriculum vitae
• Description of your qualification and education
• Attestation of your qualification and education

b) The extent of your application documents is determined by you. We will only collect data necessary to proceed with the application process.

c) If we invite you to an interview, we collect further personal data encompassing your personal interests and particulars of your professional aspirations and qualification.

3. Transfer of application data

a) We share your application data internally with individuals involved in the hiring process, including human resources managers, subject matter experts, and prospective supervisors and/or any other related personnel.

4. Storage and record keeping

a) If you enter into an employment contract with us, we will retain your application data for the duration of the contract and only for as long as necessary for its intended purposes.

b) By applying for a position with ASEF, you also hereby consent to the retention of your personal data for consideration in future openings of suitable positions within ASEF. Your data will be stored securely and used solely for this purpose.

If you would like to receive updates on open positions, you may provide us your separate, written consent to do so.
