From 30 October – 6 November, Ms Freya CHOW-PAUL, Youth Project Lead, ASEF Education Department, was invited to join the World Youth Development Forum 2023, which including the Action Plan for Global Youth Development (APGYD) 2023 Youth Leadership Campus.
WYDF was organised by the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), long-term partners of ASEF, in Beijing & Xi’an, China, and aimed to create a platform for dialogue among international organisations, governments, youth organisations, young leaders & all sectors of society, in order to advocate for prioritising youth development and to promote the joint implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The World Youth Development Forum 2023 was attended by high-level leaders, UN institution representatives, international stakeholders in the field of youth, and featured Youth Leaders representing 100 Excellence Actions for the Action Plan for Global Youth Development (APGYD) 2023.

Ms Freya CHOW-PAUL met All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) representatives to discuss furthering collaboration between ASEF and ACYF.
