ASEF Culture is pleased to welcome the government sector participants who will take part in the 4th edition of ASEF LinkUp | Asia-Europe Cultural Diplomacy Lab!

The 2026 edition of ASEF LinkUp will take place from 23 to 27 November 2026 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, gathering the invited institutional representatives hailing from China, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia, alongside selected arts and culture professionals. Occupying key roles in their respective institutions, the participants’ will offer perspectives from the government and public sector that will enrich the programme’s discussions on Sustainability, Ethics and Equity in International Cultural Relations.

A joint partnership between ASEF and Motovila Institute, ASEF LinkUp is a key platform where participants from the arts and culture sector as well as the government and public sector will have a unique shared space to exchange ideas and perspectives, collaboratively reimagining the future of Asia-Europe cultural relations.
